ALL THE RED ROOM STUDIO CLASSES AND MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. STUDENTS: All students have an 8-minute grace period for arriving late to class. Arriving after the grace period will result in you losing your booking. All bookings for class will close 1 hour before start time. All students MUST sign a waiver. CANCELLATION POLICY: For rental, private parties and events you must contact us advising of cancellation at least 2 hours before the event. For classes you must send us an email to theredroomstudionj@gmail.com notifying us of cancelation 2 hours before the class start time. All notice given after the required time frame will result in you losing your class pass. CLASS CREDIT: CREDITS ARE NOT PERMITTED OR ALLOWED IF YOU DO NOT GIVE THE PROPER NOTICE OR IF YOU ARE A NO CALL NO SHOW.
