ALL THE RED ROOM STUDIO CLASSES AND MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

STUDENTS: All students have an 8-minute grace period for arriving late to class. Arriving after the grace period will result in you losing your booking. All bookings for class will close 1 hour before start time. All students MUST sign a waiver. Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier prior to class to complete the waiver. Membership, Classes and/or Class Credits cannot and will not be transferred to another individual. ALL clients/students have their own client portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For rental, private parties, events, room rental, and pole group/parties sessions must contact us via email at theredroomstudionj@gmail.com advising of cancellation 72 hours before start time. Refund subject to contract details.

CLASS POLICY: Students must send an email to theredroomstudionj@gmail.com notifying us of cancellation 3 hours before the class start time. All notice given after the required time frame will result in you losing your class pass/credit. REMINDER that all Red Room Studio classes and memberships are FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

CLASS CREDIT: CREDITS ARE NOT PERMITTED OR ALLOWED FOR CANCELLATION OR NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $5 FEE. Class Credit/Rescheduling will be subject to a $5 fee. This fee will be applied to your next RED ROOM STUDIO class booking and MUST be paid before the scheduled class start time. You will have 1 week to redeem your class credit (7 days from the original class date). Class Credit will not be allowed to be redeemed longer than a week, endless given a positive COVID test result. Your health is very important to us; We want to ensure that you as well as we, practice safe distance and take all precautions serious.

General Rules:
•Rental time for event rental set up is an hour and a half prior to event start time and half an hour downtime after the event.
•NO touching the mirrors
•NO smoking in the building
•NO alcohol
•No food/outside catering allowed in the studio unless permission is given
•No glitter or tape that can damage the walls
•All renters are responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its content during the rental period. Any damages to the mirrors, equipment and/or any other related damages to the property will be subject to a fine starting at $500 and up depending on the damages. Failure to do so will result in legal action.
•All renters are expected to clean up, sweep, remove trash, etc. and to leave the studio as it was given.
