The Story

The Red Room Studio is an adult fitness, dance and rental studio space that was founded by our CEO Crystal Pomales in the state of New Jersey on April 2023. ​

 

At The Red Room, we focus on full body movement through a variety of Dance in-person. We educate our students on the art and athletic version of dance (which comes in many shapes, sizes, gender and forms). Our dance classes help strengthen and tone the entire body, while learning pole technique, flexibility, toning the body and having fun. Integrating dance that comes from all generations. 

 

Aside from our adult dance classes we offer a space to rent for parties/events. Birthdays, bachelorette, bridal showers, gatherings, baby showers and more are available to be held at our location.
